The Fiory HEALTH GRAIN blend owes its name to the excellent benefits brought about by it. More than 50% of the mix consists of seeds that are refreshing, tonic, digestive and purifying.
There are seeds full of protein such as bird rape, poppy, niger and perilla; warming and tonic seeds such as hemp .
Chicory, lettuce, fennel, parsley and carrot give a lightness to the whole mix that makes it different from all the others on the market.
